Mersey Moves prides itself on the quality and reliability of the companies that we recommend.

Because we receive no payments from any of them, we make sure firstly people are vetted before they are allowed to participate, and secondly that they continue to adhere to our ethics.

Pre-Qualification Criteria

1. Quality of Service. Each participant must offer an excellent service demonstrating good organisational and planning skills (vital in office moves)

2. Clear Pricing. Each participant must always be clear about pricing, with an emphasis of upon advance notice of all known costs, an indication of additional costs which may be incurred, and ensure that additional costs are communicated before they are incurred.

3. Communication. It is vital that companies moving office are kept abreast of the plan in advance to they know what is happening and when. But the very nature of an office move needs flexibility as deadlines can change or unforeseen delays can affect every part of the process. It is therefore essential that any Mersey Move supplier always communicates to the client with any changes of updates on their work.

4. Proven Expertise. We require a direct communication from FIVE of their clients to demonstrate they were happy with the service they received, they adhered to a clear pricing policy, they would be happy to recommend them to others, they would be happy to declare that publicly on these pages.
